Faculty Information
All faculty members (full-time and adjunct) at Welch College have earned at least a master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Forty-seven percent of the full-time Welch College faculty has an earned doctorate from a regionally accredited college or university. Faculty members also have practical, life-experience in their teaching fields and all continue to study, write, and work in their particular areas of expertise. All faculty members at Welch College are born-again Christian believers who are active participants in Bible-believing, local churches. Every faculty member approaches his/her field of learning with a biblical, Christian worldview.
